It is recommended to replace the filter every 2–4 weeks, depending on water usage and your pet’s activity.
How does the fountain work?
The fountain automatically maintains the water level and filters it through the carbon filter, providing fresh, clean water 24/7.
Is the fountain easy to clean?
Yes, the fountain is detachable: all removable parts can be washed by hand or in a dishwasher (top water reservoir). We recommend cleaning it at least once a week to prevent residue buildup.
Can the fountain be used for other pets?
Yes, besides cats, it can be used for small dogs, rabbits, and other pets that need fresh water.
